5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND UNDERTAKINGS

A. Amchor Investment Strategies undertakes NOT TO PUBLISH MISLEADING ADVERTISING on its Website. For such purposes, formal or numerical errors that may be found in the content of the different sections of the Amchor Investment Strategies Website, occurring as a result of incomplete or defective maintenance and/or updating of the information contained in those sections, will not be considered misleading advertising. 6. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The Amchor Investment Strategies Website and its content will be governed by the provisions of Spanish legislation.

Relationships established between Amchor Investment Strategies and the User will be governed by the provisions of current regulations on applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction. Nevertheless, where the regulations provide for the possibility of the parties having recourse to another jurisdiction, Amchor Investment Strategies and the User expressly waive any right they may have to another jurisdiction and will submit any dispute and/or litigation to the courts of the city of Madrid and to Spanish law.
