Florencia López André

Florencia joined the Compliance and Risk Department in 2024.

Previously, she worked as Head of Compliance and Risk Control at Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, creating and developing the department, carrying out functions for a complete control of all the activity of the entity, training actions, and automation and digitalization of processes.

Previously, she held the position of Head of Financial Risk Control at Atl Capital Gestión de Patrimonios, where she created the Risk Control Department of the firm. She was a member and leader of the Risk Control and ESG Committees, and gave various trainings to employees.

Florencia holds a degree in Business Studies and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Salamanca, CFA ESG Investing (CFA Institute), Financial Risk Manager – FRM (GARP), European Financial Advisor – EFA (EFPA) certifications, as well as a certificate as an Expert in Regulation of Private Equity and other alternative investment vehicles.
